The Transcend 2.5" SSD Installation Kit comes with the tools and parts to help you install your 2.5" SSD or HDD inside a notebook or desktop system. The kit includes a bracket that converts a desktop's 3.5" drive bay to accommodate a 2.5" storage drive. For notebooks, a spacer is provided, so a 7mm tall drive can fit in a 9.5mm tall bay. To quickly install your drive, a PH2 screwdriver and package of M3 screws are provided. Moreover, an included USB-to-SATA adapter cable and SSD Scope software allow you to transfer the contents from one drive to another drive, letting you easily upgrade the system's performance and storage capacity while keeping your data.
