The Genustech 105mm UV Protector Filter is a general use, clear filter that helps to absorb ultraviolet light and reduce the bluish cast of daylight. No additional coloration or contrast is provided, allowing you to pair this filter with others. The UV filter is also useful as a protective filter to leave on lenses at all times. Filters help to reduce dust and moisture from reaching the front lens element and provide additional security in case of accidental drops or impacts.
The optical glass construction has been treated with a Multi-Resistance Coating to protect the filter substrate from dust and debris as well as to maintain clear image quality and light transmission. The coating also lends itself to scratch-resistance for further protection. The aluminum filter ring measures 105mm in diameter and has a 1.0 thread pitch.
