Repair Abandonment Policy

At ACS Camera & Pro Video, we strive to provide high-quality repair services in a timely manner. To ensure efficient operations and adequate storage space, we have established the following policy regarding unclaimed repairs:

• Customers will be notified when their repair is complete and ready for pickup.

• Repairs must be picked up within 30 days from the date of completion or refusal. (will be considered abandoned and discarded)

• If a repair remains unclaimed after 30 days, ACS Camera & Pro Video is not responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the item.

• After 30 days, the item may be considered abandoned, and ACS Camera & Pro Video reserves the right to dispose of, sell, or recycle the item at our discretion without further notice.

• Customers are responsible for any outstanding repair fees, regardless of whether the item is claimed. By leaving an item for repair, the customer agrees to these terms.
